Finance and Administration Manager (m/w)
Your Role
For a project on-site or for a region, you are responsible for the coordination, the management and follow-up of all financial and administrative aspects which are linked to the construction project(s).
Reporting to the Country Manager and/or the Project Director and functionally to the Finance and Administration Director at the Head Office, you will:
o Ensure that all financial transactions are conducted with the legal and contractual framework;
o Ensure that all internal and external reports are met;
o Ensure integrity of cash, receivables and payable management;
o Ensure stock management;
o Execute all major financial transactions;
o Enforce financial discipline/guidelines and controls within the organization;
o Efficiently manage the Treasury activities;
o Ensure the administrative management of the local staff (payroll, visa´s etc...);
o Monitor the performance of the business against the annual budget and long-term business plan;
o Develop financial models and feasibility studies with regards to expansion opportunities;
o Develop, maintain, and where necessary, improve financial systems to facilitate management decision-making;
o Develop relationships with local banks, customers, local authorities and other specific partners;
o Design and implement processes to give business managers the necessary financial data to make decisions and monitor performance;
o Redesign the budgeting process with the changing phases of the project to accurately identify the key business drivers;
o Build finance capability;
o Evaluate and develop finance personnel;
o Support effective development and performance of staff;
o Be the contact person for all HR related matters;
o Follow Group guidelines and policies.

Your Profile
- You possess a university degree as commercial engineer, or have a master degree applied economical sciences;
- You have an excellent relevant experience as Finance and Administration Manager within a multinational and complex environment (min 10 years experience);
- You have experience in a project based environment;
- Experience with ERP is an asset;
- You are fluent in English, with very good knowledge in French and/or Dutch.
